We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain).
Flat delivery fee: AED 25 per order.
Delivery time: 1-3 working days.
Cash on Delivery is available – pay the courier when your order arrives.

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
Used mobiles can be returned if the device has a fault that was not described in the product listing.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will arrange the next steps.
Refunds for prepaid orders are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
